R & D:::Web Services using XML-RPC Web Services is our next Research and Development area. XML-RPC like SOAP makes it possible to remotely call a function or method of another application (web or windows) over HTTP. The request and response are in XML format before being placed on Transport Layer protocol - HTTP. XML-RPC means eXtensible Markup Language - Remote Procedure Call. Illustratively, this will make single-sign on possible among two disparate applications. We are working on how to make two of our applications existing on different domains interoperate. |
