The company is presently made of Admin/Finance, Marketing, Operations and R & D departments.
The Admin/Finance department is in charge of both the administration and financial management of the company and is headed by the Admin/Finance manager.
The Marketing department is in charge of product marketing and is headed by the Marketing manager.
The R & D department is charged with the function of undertaking various research programs, to monitor the events in the industry and trends in the market, explore new areas and bring up ideas and innovations to move the company forward both in terms of products and production processes. It shall also be responsible for the resource development service. This department is headed by the R & D Manager.
The Operations department is in charge of the core activities the company stands for. It is further divided into three (3) units - production, quality control and maintenance/customer service units. The production unit is charged with the production of all product ranges and is headed by the Production Director. The quality control unit is charged with the duty of ensuring that both raw materials and products meet the laid down standards and is headed by the Quality Control Director. The maintenance/customer service unit is charged to handle such matters relating to customer service support for all products ranges as well as maintenance of products especially those deployed in remote locations and is headed by the Maintenance/Customer Service Director.
