To be a biz man

A client called me yesterday that the cheque had matured and asked for my account details. Thereafter, he mentioned how much he would be transferring to my account. I couldn’t agree on the said amount immediately but said I would get back to him with the account details.
I re-examined the proposal and found out that more could be done to what he proposed to give. As a freelancer, also having another techie as a member of the team who wanted to play the major role but lacked pleasing personality, i had to settle mine alone.
He wouldn’t shift ground after all plead, persuasion and reconsideration. Then I gave up and we ended the conversation in a good mood (both of us pretending no doubt).
Well, it was not the first time when it comes to projects like that, I have learnt to accept things like that and live on.
Also, a resounding lesson is to be able to maintain a position at commencement of any contract and stand by it.

A true biz man never shifts his ground or eats his words. Right???

why have I re-activated my blog?

In a bid to keep record of all i do, i remembered that i created this blog wayback October 2004 during my National Youth Corp Service (NYSC). I couldn’t keep diary but will keep to this e-diary. Precisely two years after creation and abandonment, it is time i keep track of progress in my career, relationships, and experiences.
From Professor Iya Abubakar Community Resource Centre, Bauchi where i created this blog till date that I am updating it in Microwave Laboratory, Covenant University, Ota, series of developments have been made, straight-through records set, and sober reflections forgotten.

I will endeavour to connect the past to the present and the future in the course of using this blog now. You are welcome if by chance you got to this blog of mine.
