• The goal is to introduce some control services that could further improve the online experience.

• Objectives

• To derive and implement new converged services in the Web browsing context, which are mapped from existing telecommunication services.

• To implement a SIP Proxy (a converged Application Server) that co-ordinates the new converged services.

• To investigate the need for these converged services.
